The Food Safety and Standards Authority of the Country (FSSAI) has proactively launched its FoSCOs – Food Safety Competency and Validation Programs – designed to elevate the levels of food safety awareness among multiple stakeholders. These formal training courses provide a complete approach, encompassing areas such as hazard identification, cr
